Missionary Cooperation Plan 2025 -Special Collection August 23 & 24

“The Church is missionary. She exists so that every man and woman may encounter Jesus” (Pope Francis). With our baptism, we are called to share in this calling to bring others to Christ. The Missionary Cooperation Plan (MCP) was inaugurated in the late 1930’s to help mission-sending societies solicit funds for their mission efforts around the world. Today, the program is administered by each Diocesan Missions Office under the auspices of the local Bishop.
Fr. Jan Stefanow, SVD will be at the parish on August 23 and 24 for the annual Paterson International Missionaries Appeal. Fr. Jan is a Divine Word Missionary from Poland. He is currently the Executive Director for Friends of the Catholic Biblical Federation (www.friendscbf.org). He will speak at all the Masses that weekend.
